买了一本1968年4月济南军区后勤部卫生部印《毛主席和中央首长对卫生工作的指示》，感慨良多。 毛泽东在1965年6月26日对卫生工作的指示，是一份纲领性的文件，里面提出了打倒卫生老爷部，医学院学制缩短，以及医疗资源向农村倾斜的指示。 毛泽东在指示里说： 告诉卫生部，卫生部的工作只给全国人口的15%服务，而且这15%主要还是老爷。广大的农民得不到医疗，一无医，二无药，卫生部不是人民的卫生部，而是城市卫生部，或老爷卫生部，或城市老爷卫生部好了。 医学教育要改革。根本用不着读那么多书。华佗读的是几年制？明朝的李时珍读的是几年制？医学教育用不着什么高中生初中生，高小毕业学三年就够了。主要在实践中学习提高。这样的医生，放到农村去，就算本事不大，总比骗人的医生与巫医要好。而且农村也养得起。书读得越多，越蠢。 ...
